Tom Som Pla Kra-Phong (Sweet and Sour Soup with B

- 300 gms. sea bass, sliced
- 20 gms. ginger, sliced
- 2 pcs. chili (big) sliced
- 10 gms. coriander leaves
- 50 gms. palm sugar
- 50 ml. tamarind juice
- 50 ml. fish sauce
- 11 ml. fish stock
- 10 gms. spring onion
- 20 gms. shallot
- 20 gms. pepper seeds
- 10 gms. ginger
- 10 gms. shrimp paste
Instructions
- Mix the shallot, pepper seeds and shrimp paste together; set aside.
- Cut the sea bass into 40 gms. pieces; set aside.
- Boil the stock, add the shrimp paste, ingredients and seasoning with fish sauce, palm sugar and tamarind sauce.
- Then add the sliced ginger and sea bass until cooked.
- Add the chili, spring onion and coriander leaves before serving.
- Serves 5.
