Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4-5 pieces siling labuyo, chopped
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 kilo dilis
- oil for deep-frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat egg until fluffy then add sugar, salt and siling labuyo.
- Blend in cornstarch and beat until smooth.
- Pour mixture over dilis and stir until completely coated.
- Deep fry until crisp and golden brown.
