Ingredients
- 8 cups fresh milk
- 3 cups evaporated milk or thick cream, chilled
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups pineapple, crushed
Instructions
- Combine the first three ingredients and 1/2 cup of sugar in a bowl. Transfer mixture to an icecubed mold and put in the freezeer until frozen.
- Transfer again to a bowl and beat thoroughly with a mixer.
- Add crushed pineapples and remaining sugar. Put back in the freezer until consistency becomes creamy.
