Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup squid rings
- 1 cup shrimps, shelled
- 1 cup mussels or clams, cooked & removed from shells
- (184 gms) tuna chunks in oil, drained
- 4 tbsps white wine
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 3 cups mussels or clam broth
- 1 cup thick cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Melt butter in a heavy saucepan, saute onions, celery and bell peppers until soft. Gradually add one at a time, squid, shrimps, mussels and tuna. Add white wine. Stir in tomato paste and broth. Allow to boil. Lastly, stir in cream, salt and pepper. Makes 8 servings.
