Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo sitsaro
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced pork
- 1/4 cup shelled shrimps
- 1 cup shrimp juice
- salth and pepper to taste
Instructions
- String sitsaro then wash.
- If they are long then cut into two.
- In a skillet, heat oil.
- Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes.
- Add pork and cook until light brown.
- Add shrimps and cook until they change color.
- Add shrimp juice then season to taste.
- Add sitsaro and cook until tender but still crisp.
