Sitraro Guisado

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo sitsaro
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced pork
  • 1/4 cup shelled shrimps
  • 1 cup shrimp juice
  • salth and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. String sitsaro then wash.
  2. If they are long then cut into two.
  3. In a skillet, heat oil.
  4. Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes.
  5. Add pork and cook until light brown.
  6. Add shrimps and cook until they change color.
  7. Add shrimp juice then season to taste.
  8. Add sitsaro and cook until tender but still crisp.
