Ingredients
- 1 large maya-maya (fish), sliced into three pieces
- 1 pc. onion
- 2 pcs. tomatoes
- 1 cup miso
- 2 pcs. green pepper (pansigang)
- mustasa leaves
- water
- patis
- pepper
Instructions
- Fry the fish; set aside.
- Boil water and add the tomatoes and onions.
- When the water boils, add the fried fish, the miso and the mustard leaves.
- Season with patis, pepper and green pepper.
- Boil for a few more minutes. Serve hot.
