Sinigang sa Miso

Ingredients

  • 1 large maya-maya (fish), sliced into three pieces
  • 1 pc. onion
  • 2 pcs. tomatoes
  • 1 cup miso
  • 2 pcs. green pepper (pansigang)
  • mustasa leaves
  • water
  • patis
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the fish; set aside.
  2. Boil water and add the tomatoes and onions.
  3. When the water boils, add the fried fish, the miso and the mustard leaves.
  4. Season with patis, pepper and green pepper.
  5. Boil for a few more minutes. Serve hot.
