Shrimp Sinigang

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice washing or water
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 15 pieces kamias
  • 2 pieces radish, quartered
  • 1/2 kilo shrimps
  • 1 bundle kangkong, cut into 2″ lengths salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Put rice washing or water in a pot.
  2. Add onions, tomatoes and kamias.
  3. Bring to a boil then add the radish.
  4. Remove kamias and mash.
  5. Add shrimps, kangkng and mashed kamias.
  6. Let boil for 2 minutes.
  7. Season to taste.
