Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo large shrimps with shells
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- Put shrimps, water and salt in a saucepan.
- Cover and bring to a boil.
- Stir once in a while and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Drain.
- In a skillet, heat oil.
- Saute shrimps until coated with oil.
- Serve with salted vinegar.
