made out of young gabi or taro root,condensed milk sugar.
Ingredients
- 2 cups young gabi, boiled and coarsely chopped
- 1 (300 ml) can condensed milk
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Blender gabi and condensed milk until smooth.
- Cook over low heat in saucepan.
- When thick, add confectioner’s sugar.
- Continue cooking until almost dry.
- Transfer into butter-greased pan. Then cut into desired pieces.
- Roll in granulated sugar.
- Serve or wrap in colorful Japanese paper or cellophane.
