Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 5 teaspoons yeast
- breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Combine the water, evaporated milk and milk and heat in the microwave for 35 seconds.
- Run tap water over the egg for 30 seconds.
- Add and combined all ingredients (except the bread crumbs).
- Spray the baking sheets or a tray pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- When the dough is ready, cut it into small amount and roll in bread crumbs an in oval shape and place on a baking sheet or tray.
- Cover and leave to rise in a warm place until doubled.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.

you have mentioned in your ingredients evaporated milk and milk. i know evaporated milk but the other milk i do not know if it is a powder milk or what.kan you elaborate further about this kind of milk ? thank you
