Nilagang Karne (Putsero)

Ingredients

  • 1 kilong karne
  • ½ tasang mantika
  • 1butil na bawang pinitpit
  • 1 ginayat na sibuyas
  • 8 onsang sarsa ng kamatis
  • 2 tasang sabaw ng nilagang karne
  • 4 na sabang saging (binati sa gitna at pinirito)
  • 2 kamote (inapat na piraso ang bawa;t isa at pinirito)
  • 2 petsay
  • 1 maliit na repolyo

Instructions

  1. Painitin ang mantika at igisa ang bawang, sibuyas at kamatis. Isama ang karne at sabaw ng pinaglagaan.
  2. Pakuluin hanggang lumambot ang karne. Isanma ang gulay. Ihaing mainit nang may sarsang talong.
