Monkey Meat

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork steaks
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger, crushed
  • pepper, to taste
  • 12 bamboo skewers (soaked in water)

Instructions

  1. Cut up pork steaks into bite size pieces.
  2. Mix the teriyaki, broth, garlic, ginger and pepper together. Place the meat in a container and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Place an air tight lid on the container and
  4. marinade over night.
  5. Place on presoaked bamboo skewers and grill on a foil covered grill that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Grill until dark brown. 20 minutes is a guess, it really depends on the cut of the meat and the temp of your grill.
  6. Great served with rice.
