Mixed Fries in a Basket

Ingredients

  • 100 gms. shrimps, peeled with tails intact
  • 100 gms. squid rings
  • 100 gms. tangingue fillet, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp. calamansi juice
  • salt, pepper, vetsin to taste
  • 100 gms. potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pc. onion, cut into rings
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 pcs. eggs
  • oil for frying
  • SAUCE:
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine shrimps, fish and squid. Season with calamansi and seasonings. Dredge with flour and dip in beaten eggs. Fry until golden brown. Garnish with French fried potatoes and onion rings. Serve in a small basket lined with a napkin.
