Ingredients
- 1 kilo lechon, cut into serving pieces
- 5 cloves garlic, pounded
- 2 tsp. whole peppercorn
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 piece bayleaf
- salt, pepper, vetsin to tatse
- water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan with enough water to cook until tender.
