Lechon Paksiw

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo lechon, cut into serving pieces
  • 5 cloves garlic, pounded
  • 2 tsp. whole peppercorn
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 piece bayleaf
  • salt, pepper, vetsin to tatse
  • water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan with enough water to cook until tender.
