Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- oil for sautèing
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Sautè garlic, onions, and pepper.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Pour in ketchup. Stir until well-blended.
