Ingredients
- glutinous rice flour
- water
- bukayo
Instructions
- Mix rice flour with water to make dough.
- Make little balls with the dough,
- then flatten to make circular or oval patties.
- Boil water in a saucepan. Drop flattened dough patties into the boiling water. The cakes are cooked when they float.
- Remove from water, let cool a little bit
- top with bukayo.
