Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sliced pechay Baguio
- 1 cup sliced carrot
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup pork, cut into strips
- 1 cup chicken meat, cut into strips
- 1 cup liver, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup shrimps, shelled
- 10cups broth
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for sauteing
- egg
Instructions
- In a saucepan, saute garlic and onion.
- Add chicken, pork, lilver and 3 cups of water. Allow to boil until the meat is tender
- Add the remaining ingredients except the egg and seasonings. Sprinkles salt and pepper to taste.
- Put soup in a large bowl. Break an egg over it before serving.
