Fruity Adobo Delight

Ingredients

  • ½ kg. pork
  • ¼ c (sukang puti) vinegar
  • ¼ c soy sauce
  • ¼ c water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp gin
  • ¼ c sprite
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 pcs. star anise
  • Pinch salt
  • Peppercorn
  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 2 pcs. apple
  • ¼ kg grapes

Instructions

  1. Saute garlic and pork until brown.
  2. Add soy sauce and vinegar, water, sugar, gin, sprite, star anise, peppercorn and salt.
  3. Simmer in 15 mins. or until the pork is tender.
  4. Add apples and grapes for garnish.
