Ingredients
- 425 gms. Fiesta spaghetti noodles
- 1/4 cup Butterfresh Margarine
- 2 tbsps. garlic, minced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup Selecta fresh milk
- 1 pack cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- almond for topping, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain then arrange on a serving platter.
- Melt margarine in a sauce pan and saute garlic and onion. Add flour then gradually pour in chicken stock and milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add carrots, snow peas, broccoli, ham and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, add cheese. Stir in chopped parsley, remove from flame. Pour sauce over cooked pasta and sprinkle with chopped almonds if desired.
