Sarsa:

  • ½ tasang suka (cider)
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Balatan ang kerot at pipino. Hiwaing lahat ng mga gulay ng pino at haluin sa isang mangkok. Isama ang pinya at binalatang sugpo na hiniwang maliliit.
  2. Timplahan ng asin, paminta at paprika. Iayos at palamutian ng lutong sugpo at dahon ng letsugas.

Sarsa:

  1. Haluing mabuti ang suka at paprika at ibuhos sa ensalada at ihain.
