Crispy Alimasag

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo small alimasag
  • 1 egg, sligthly beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped siling labuyo

Instructions

  1. Clean alimasag, wash thoroughly then cut in half.
  2. Place in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Toss to coat.
  4. Fry until golden brown and crisp.
