Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo small alimasag
- 1 egg, sligthly beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped siling labuyo
Instructions
- Clean alimasag, wash thoroughly then cut in half.
- Place in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
- Toss to coat.
- Fry until golden brown and crisp.
