Corny Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 pc medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 kg beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 1 pc medium carrot, sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 250 g Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 can (432 g) whole kernel corn or cream style corn

Instructions

  1. SAUTÉ onion and beef over high heat for 5 minutes. Add 1-1/2 cups water, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until meat is tender.
  2. ADD carrot. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Serves 7
  4. Excellent source of Vitamin B12 – prevents anemia.
