Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo ground beef
- 1 large can pork and beans, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium-sized can tomato sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 1-2 tbsp chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pan, cook ground beef over medium heat. Sprinkle water on the meat so it doesn;t scorch. Add bell pepper and onion. Continue cooking until the meat is tender.
- Add bay leaf, chili powder, tomato sauce and seasonings. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add pork and beans. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
