200g tamarind fresh
3gloves garlic
1pc onion
3m tomatoes 
ginger slice
oil for fying
procedure:
saute ginger garlic onion tomato add chicken
add fish sauce for seasoning water tamarind
let it boiled untel chicken cook..add radish and mustard take out from heat</description>
