<li>½ onsang “preserved crab apple”</li>
<li>½ butyl na bawang pinitpit</li>
<li>½ kutsaritang gawgaw na mais na inihalo sa ½ kutsarang malamig na tubig</li>
<li>2 kutsarang mantika</li>
<li>½ tasang katas ng pinya</li>

<h2>Instructions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Hiwain ang bibe sa katamtamang laki. Hiwain sa kalahati ang mga litsihas. Kung ang gagamitin ay de lata, alisin ang sabaw nito. Kunin ang matamis at maasin na sarsa at isama ang mustasa at haluing mabuti.</li>
<li>Hiwaing pakudrado ang mga sii at ibabad sa mainit na tubig hanggang lumambot. Isama ang sili sa sarsa. ibuhos ang sarsa sa bibe at laman ng litsihas at haluing mabuti. Palamigin sa rephidora bago idulog.</li>

<li>Ibabad ang “crab apple” sa suka na hinaluan ng katas ng pinya. Mag-init ng mantika at ibuhos ang tinimplang suka, asukal, asin, ketsap, bawang, betsin at pasubuhin ng ilang sandal. Isama ang gewgaw mais upang lumambot at isama ang natitirang mantika. Ibuhos sa bibe at litsihas. Palamigin at idulot</li>
<li>Kung pangkaraniwang suka ang gagamitin sa halip ng alak na suka haluin ang suka ng tubig (6 onsang tubig sa 2 onsang suka)</li>

<li class="ingredient">1/4 tsp Ground cumin</li>
<li class="ingredient">1/2 tsp Pepper</li>
<li class="ingredient">1.1/2 tsp Sugar</li>
</ul>
<h2>Instructions</h2>

<li class="instruction">Soak the Chipotle and Pasilla Chiles in hot water for about 15 minutes, then drain 3/4 of the water, and add all the other ingredients, save for the oil, vinegar and sugar. Puree with a hand blender and pour the the mix into a saucepan and stir-fry in oil for a few minutes, then add vinegar and sugar.  Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the mixture achieves the desired consistency. </li>
