<li>sabaw ng kabuti at tubig upang maging 1 1/2 tasa</li>
<li>1 2/3 tasang gatas (ebaporada)</li>
<li>1/2 kutsaritang betsin</li>
<li>1 kutsarang tinadtad na siling paraskong pula</li>
<li>1 latang tuna inalis ang sabaw</li>
<li>1/3 tasang kinadkad na keso de bola</li>
<li>1/2 tasang keso (cheddar) paprika</li>
</ul>
<h2>Instructions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Iluto ang makaroni ayon sa tagubilin sa kahon nito. Banlawan sa tubig at patuluin. Magnuaw ng mantikilya, isama ang kabuti na walang sabaw at sibuyas.</li>
<li>Iluto sa loob ng 10 minuto. Alisin sa apoy at ihalo ang harina.</li>
<li>Isama ang sabaw ng kabuti at tubig (1 1/2 tasa). Haluin. Isalang muli sa apoy at haluin hanggang lumapot ang sabaw.</li>
<li>Isama ang mustasa, siling pula, tunang hiniwa sa maliliit na piraso. Isalin ang makaroni sa kaserolang may mantika.</li>
<li>Ibuhos ang tuna sa ibabaw ng makaroni na bahagyang hinalo ng tinidor. Budburan ng keso at paprika ang ibabaw nito.</li>
<li>Ipasok sa pugon sa loob ng 20 minuto. (350°F) Palamutian ng manipis na hiwa ng siling pula at parsley.</li>
