a steamed cake made out of all purpose flour, sugar, water and brown sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon lye (lihia)
- 1½ cups water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour in muffin cups 1/3 full.
- Steam for from 15 to 20 minutes or until firm.
- Serve with grated coconut.
