Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 cups bread cubes
  • 2 cans (big) condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Make use of your left over head (2-3 days old) and make into bread pudding.
  2. Soak bread in combined condensed milk and eggs. Add vanilla, cinnamon.
  3. Pour in greased loaf pan or in leche-plan mold. Bake in pre-heated oven (340?F) for 1 hour or steambake.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and/or cinnamon powder

    can be able to use a regular bread? what is 2 to 3 days old bread means?

    best to use crusty bread like french bread..2 to 3 days old would be stale bread..which works best in bread pudding..
