Ingredients
- 6 cups bread cubes
- 2 cans (big) condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- Make use of your left over head (2-3 days old) and make into bread pudding.
- Soak bread in combined condensed milk and eggs. Add vanilla, cinnamon.
- Pour in greased loaf pan or in leche-plan mold. Bake in pre-heated oven (340?F) for 1 hour or steambake.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and/or cinnamon powder

can be able to use a regular bread? what is 2 to 3 days old bread means?

best to use crusty bread like french bread..2 to 3 days old would be stale bread..which works best in bread pudding..
