Ingredients
- 200 gms king prawn
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 50 gms garlic, chopped
- 1/4 pck coconut milk powder
- 10 gms chili finger
- salt and pepper
- garlic rice
Instructions
- Shell prawn then saute in olive oil, add garlic and onion.
- Stir until slightly cooked.
- Add coconut milk, chili finger, salt and pepper to taste.
- Let boil for a minute.
